pleasant night in spite of the chill. pleased with the pace, though thought it was maybe a tick faster (wearing pants really slows you down) as the speed felt pretty effortless until towards the end. stride was more fluid than I'm used to, which is a great sign. route was random: along mulberry, down louise and kimball, elizabeth, overland, pleasant valley to crestmore, constitution to home. did a wee cooldown with piggy to pad mileage and actually cool me down. good run.
