at dusk. brewed today then watched mad men with dave, so missed most of the light. felt fantastic for the first mile or so, especially along laurel. went to remmington, elizabeth then through campus and back home. no knee issues at all for the first half, then a bit of the left later on, but fatigue might have played a role- felt fresh until around 20min in, and maybe being fresh helps stabilize the knee. first run in a long time in the nike trail shoes- not as much cushioning, but great stability so maybe i'll wear them more frequently.
