first mile was restrained at 6:43, second mile was closer to all out at about 6:10. definitely having trouble with speed. nothing in between about 6min pace and a sprint. need to do this sort of workout maybe once a week. warmup and cooldown beforehand. legs are also tired from nearly an hour in the foothills yesterday. right knee feeling it by the end, again mostly due to cushioning me against the rocks yesterday. felt good on warmup but heavy on the fast mile.
