COMMENTS: how sweet it is...
i couldn't have asked for a better time trial. i didn't feel that great esp. in the beginning, but the mile splits convinced me to keep going: 5:47, 6:13, 5:57. first mile i was pulled along by ali, arves and parker. i took over the pace coming out of the outer loop. arves outkicked me, but who the hell cares. sub 18 felt pretty damn good.
