lovely day. went with heavier shoes for no real reason. simple crystal lake loop as done many times before. really nothing very notable apart from a little girl who called me a 'gross boy' for being shirtless (presumably). kept pace easy slightly on purpose and also because legs are tired. need to get used to running with frequency... but that will come.
