nightrun. after feeling pretty shy-tie getting back from work (actually stopped along overland to cough up shit), sat on couch for a while and decided to go for a run if the phillies lost. went familiar route down yorkshire but went until it ended, down overland to next street, then up overland. turned on ross but got lost and just added a bit to the run. decent mileage, and glad that i don't think i'm sick- seems to just be more pnd back to haunt me, though i don't know why as there can't be many allergens around this time of year, can there?
