super cold. maybe an inch of snow fell today, and temps never got above 10F. determined to get in a run due to even worse weather certainly tomorrow and possibly wednesday as well. likely will go to the gym to run at least once this week. not particularly pleasurable, but glad i made it. pace and distance were fine. legs still tired from saturday's 11 along the dams, but feeling better with each shakeout. ski goggles, heavy clothing dominated my appearance. went down yorkshire, then drake, wyandotte, yorkshire, stuart, hampshire. goggles were well steamed up by the end.
