nice wee run. didn't eat much anything all day, so just a short one. felt great for first 5-8 min then had to focus on form, etc. great songs with wilco, rolling stone and lovely still night made for a good time. thought it would be faster than that, but understand why it'd be slow. might try to use this box for tempos in future.
