odd run. dashboard said it was 55 outside but more like 40. went straight east and turned around at first street after crossing center of campus. struggled with knee stability for most of run, but especially in the second half. less of an energy lack than happened over the weekend, but still not very pleasurable running. lot of sitting tomorrow...
