very blah run. wanted to do 45 or so, but felt such an apathy to running that i couldn't stand much more than what i did. i probably could have forced a longer run but there's really no need. mileage would be nice, but i should figure out why i felt so bad. nothing in particular- not breathing or knee or anything- but it might be variable sleep patterns? dunno, but it makes me not care much about running.
