ran with rooney. went out to washington, turned at bailey. took bailey across modaff, thought it would go straight to naper plainfield. tried to cut across prairie, but came back. ended up going into prairie path, rooney took a poop, and we ran down to firestation in the slop. felt better after stretching on prairie, so the end was better but tiring running fatigued going into the wind. time is estimate as is distance due to prairie detour. felt pretty shit for most of the run. haven't run immediately after waking up in some time and i was just out of rhythm due to the off day. longest run in a long time though. not continuous, but miles and strength.
