COMMENTS: first race of the day. arrived in plenty of time. took poop in cinammon stall. walked first loop of course with other jv guys. warmup was another loop. stretched out well. black face paint. ran mostly with arves, ali. beat them, zookeeper, kovach, rj. splits: 5:50, 6:16, 6:05. no regrets. pretty good kick was started early so as to beat ali, arves. not displeased, but a pr would have been nice. hard to believe i'm done....
