shit run at night with andrew. ate five guys massive burger and fries less than three hours before and hadn't had much water all day. also extremely cold, coming off a 40 mile week, and standing around most of the day at the frank lloyd wright and hemmingway houses... a perfect storm for a bad run. did first couple miles sub 7, then eased off. tried to get rid of some gas, but way back was simply terrible. first bad run in a wee while.
