nice morning thus far. started out a bit sluggish and heavy, but felt pretty good in the latter half. went orchard to ponderosa, south to lake, then springfield to city park and up. running legs are coming back, which is encouraging after a run, lunges and core yesterday. might try to squeeze in a cheeky run before a ride with kellen tomorrow.
