no run yesterday, as I was riding the Rist loop- gotta yield to the bike if weather is good enough these days. managed to run immediately after work today, keeping it fairly relaxed while going west by brody and chuck's house. cool sky with pink and orange colors. 10x lunges after-- gonna start doing these every day.
