ran with uni, both murphys, rooney. met by the path then went up ashbury, leverenz to skylane, turned back at 83rd. longest run since october i think. never really felt all that tired. good to see body responding well to mileage increase. that said, felt a few twinges along the way and hip is a bit sore now. but very good especially considering the extreme cold. need to be careful i don't ramp up too quickly.
