COMMENTS: with wee'n. ran along to kk, did 411, then went out of the woods and ran on a trail and through a neighborhood since woods were rather muddy. ran back through woods and back along 95th. way back was mostly into wind and i had no energy left due to lack of lunch. shins sore?
