solo in the forest while dad ran/walked with bowfis. did both trails and then the smaller grass loop in the prairie. according to dad the time was almost exactly a half hour; distance is of course an estimate. pace is liked overestimated, but effort isn't because all the slipping around in the trails sapped the energy from my legs. still, run got better as it progressed and i'm hoping to hit 20 running and 20 biking even with a couple days out in fort collins and thus at altitude.
