not good. felt okay for first few miles, and the rest were a slog. the last two miles up hampshire were painful and 8+ pace, as a lack of energy and the heat got to me. mercifully there was reasonable cloud cover, but it was still hot and kind of humid (for CO). the massive sleep-in I had this morning likely didn't help, but I really needed it after all those days with the family. I was planning on doing 10-12 on thursday, but due to this run's lack of success I'll push it back to Friday and have two easy days in between.
