with josh. went willox and vine east, then came back west south of timnath and did the dams and bingham to finish out. good saddle time, felt alright up until the last five miles or so when we were both bonking a bit. glutes were a bit sore from squats yesterday. glad to have gotten out, and had someone to ride with!
