Notes
after the rain. massive downpour of 1+ inches in a half hour right after work, complete with hail in western part of town. waited until the storm was done to get a run in. meant to run this morning but woke up tired for whatever reason. glad I waited, as this was an enjoyable run- so good that I tacked on an extra chunk along elizabeth and plum to get over a half hour. nothing to be proud of for sure, with form still needing real work, though pleased overall.
