COMMENTS: nice weather for february. 24min warmup in forest, stretchin, 8 1200s. can't remember all the times, but first was real slow, last was 4:48. average was probably 5:05ish. another solid workout at least for me and rooney. ali could only do 4 cuz he felt bad. woodloop cooldown.
