tried to keep it to an easy half hour since i'm still not feeling all that great. just throat and sinuses. meant to run this morning but gave up on it. simple box with shields. nothing special, but very foreboding sky, dark and cloudy. first run in this pair of adrenalines. probably should've broken them in with some walking, but they did fine. no knee problems or ibuprofen today. felt great for first half, mediocre for second... likely due to breeze, downhill heading out.
