a lovely cool morning, but it'll be in the 80s again later. still, first successful autumn morning run in a wee while. felt good apart from left knee issues that grew throughout the run. trying to stay positive, especially after seeing that they've given me starting corral A for the race. this was a good easy run with heavier shoes and a relaxed pace, feeling good considering I ran last night. gotta keep an eye on the knee and things should be fine.
