ran with rooney. met at path, up gateshead, up modaff, then around some neighborhoods and back down bailey, modaff, gateshead. pace is a bit quicker than i thought it'd be. wanted to do 12, but given the driving snow that's been falling since last night, strong northerly wind, and looming prospect of shinsplints, i'll take it. another strength run, felt i could've done more, really.
