Notes
run at lunchtime. solstice. took longer than i remembered, but on looking back it took almost the exact same time. went up left side of dam, across, did the extra loop and came down the right. hot towards the end, but mostly overcast and breezy. a good run, but still need to be careful of knee and foot on the trails. tried not to push it very much, so it was mostly comfortable. need to do plenty of hill running if i'm thinking of doing the vail trail half.
