run after 2 (!) days off. yesterday felt like i may have been coming down with something and had no energy to go run- didn't even go out to potts for trivia. the day before we were skiing and i was far too tired to go for a run when we got back and it was still sub 20. really kills the weekly mileage total, but those two days of skiing were a great workout in their own regard. medium today in the hopes of long tomorrow. lovely weather for january. really had no idea what the pace was going to be... felt a bit labored but stride was rough as it always is after time off. not bad, hoping for something like 10 tomorrow.
