ran first half with dan. went through ashbury, down past neuqua, up to leverenz, through breckenridge and down cheyenne to 95th. close to an hour, longest run yet. gonna be cold as fuck next two days and didn't run last two days, so needed this. didn't feel that bad at all. traction hampered pace, but also didn't try to go fast.
