late morning run after a haircut earlier. felt pretty decent cruising along at 730 pace. ipod battery died early, so forced to listen to my own breathing for most of the time. meandered down to lake, then up overland, paused for water in the park there, then back via orchard. longest run in a while and wasn't too bad. the lack of biking mileage is making running easier.
