COMMENTS: really nice weather. stoners out in full force. warmup was muddy. stretched, then right into em. less rest than last week and i felt it. conditions not conducive to fast times: 5:12, 5:09, 5:06, 5:03, 4:57, 4:48. real short cooldown, stretchin on own (lesson to teach).
