easy night run. went to new belgium and then dinner right after work, so had to run late in the day. actually, ran past gus, katie, jeremiah who unfortunately recognized me. simple route down springfield and back. time is an estimate, but likely close, since it's just the way out doubled. tried to stay relaxed, attempting to be loose for tomorrow and build more mileage. halloween party tomorrow all day and a morning race in a week, so running in the morning tomorrow is necessary.
