COMMENTS: humid. ran with ali, dickerson, others. went about 34 with whole group around forest. after water and stretching, we did a 12 (supposed to be 15) minute tempo. ran 6:20 pace or so. felt fine. new shoes doing great apart from slight rubbing on tendon above sock.
