two intervals-

mile at 90% effort in 5:50 with splits of 86, 90, 89, 85.

400 more or less all out in 73 with 200 split of 35. really tied up in the home stretch. clearly not used to doing any speed work. run back home was less painful than last week, so hopefully progress is being made. would like to do 2xmile next week, both sub 6. or maybe 3x800 sub 2:50? good to get some speed work in, but i'll probably be fatigued tomorrow.
