easy day after long yesterday. went along mulberry, around city park looking for somewhere to piss (so a couple stops), then down jackson and city park. picked it up near the end to make a light, but mostly fairly easy. surprised pace was sub 7.30. felt pretty easy, even if I was running tired. going to do one more run in these shoes and retire them right at 500. no ibuprofen today, no knee issues.
