solo. went south, through river run, down around snapjack, up pradel, back through river run. could've done the full hour. because of the snow, effort was more like 7.10 or 7.00 pace. feeling pretty good, only felt a bit of a need to slow down halfway through due to ab soreness. some cowgirl in the sand coming up falkner felt pretty damn good. thought i'd do a longer run today as this week will be extremely cold, and running in a 24 degree blizzard actually seemed preferable.
