with josh. this was the middle half of his century. nice tailwind blew us into the canyon, worked hard but not overly so getting up stove prairie, then got up the backside of rist without totally blowing up. descent was fun, and while i considered adding on to keep josh company, i was fairly tired and hungry when we got back into town. this was a good ride-- showed me that i'm not in bad shape, but have some work to do if i really want to be a good climber again.
