great great great running weather. did basically two loops of the same route. went out springfield, down cottage grove, mumford, vine, windsor, meadowbrook loop, windsor to 1st and back. first loop was 10.4, second loop was less since instead of vine i went to anderson. wasn't sure if i was going to feel up to it, but really pleased it worked out. a few short breaks for water (at meadowbrook), gatorade (at apt), really bad stitch (near assembly hall). rain in my face was rejuvenating in the second half. some nipple and thigh chaffing but partly due to the wet conditions. went through because of the times and most of earls court. now off to class.
