great evening for a run. trying to shake out bruised and tired legs (epic mountain biking weekend left a few marks, including deep left knee and quad bruises and shin bruise/abrasion) on the grass of city park. started out painfully but loosened up halfway through. two loops on the grass with the hill at the end. cardio isn't what it used to be, or is but just isn't running-specialized.
