good run. rained hard all evening, started when it was beginning to let up. decided to check out the hobbit house marty told me about on armory by the golf course. so ran out green, down willis, along armory and then country lane to waverly. was at 20:05, took a piss, ran back almost the same way. lovely breathing, fairly well under control the whole way. starting to get a good stride back, huzzah. not very much knee at all. a bit of shin at the end, but not much.
