with wee'n. in st.andrews. went into town first, through cathedral ruins, along pier, then over to golf course area. took a pause at pier. stretched while al went to toilet in new/jubilee clubhouse. then ran a bit alongside the jubilee course. al wanted to go further, so i stretched and chilled on the beach while he ran. it was sweet as hell seeing him come along the sand from 1/4-1/2 mile away, gradually getting bigger. we then ran together along the sand, opting to run in the shallow sea, getting super dirty and looking like fools. sang chariots of fire loudly and put head back. good stuff. then returned to hotel and stretched while al finished out the hour.
