Total with w/u 62 minutes running. Add 20 minutes on elliptical as my heart rate started climbing and I was going too damn slow on the treadmill. So I moved to the elliptical to get to MAF and keep the workout going 20 more minutes. TL - 246.
Next week time to kick up the mileage again. I had to layoff from a freaky injury from wearing a new pair of trail shoes. I guess my poor feet won't tolerate anything but extreme motion control NB 1123.
