It was a pretty decent workout. I ran in my pure flows instead of spikes, so hopefully that pace will feel a lot easier in a race. It should be exciting to see what I can do in this race. The mental side of this race will probably be the most challenging seeing as I haven't raced this kind of a distance in a long time. Should be very interesting.
