Easy run with 6 x 10 second hill sprints in the middle at Indian Steele Park. It got a little dark and there were many homeless people, so it was a bit unnerving at times, but still feeling good. I wish the half marathon wasn't for another 6 weeks since I am finally linking together a few consistent weeks. My ceiling is probably fairly low for this one unfortunately. Blame residency.
