Worked pretty hard on the Canals with my new friend, Jordan. It was nice to have him along. He hung with me for the first one but I dropped him on the second one, unfortunately. I was supposed to be closer to 11:10 but that effort was good, definitely was working hard toward the end. Jordan lost his key during the run and we were super lucky to go back and find it. Also, as I was running by the VA, I saw one of my fellow residents walking in. It's a good day.
