Actually a pretty challenging workout. Jake told me I needed a minute long hill....and well...this is the midwest.....I don't have that. So, I did the workout on the treadmill..30 minute warmup, 8 x 1min at 5 k pace up steep incline with 2 minute slow jog, then a long cool down.
