Went out in 2:09/2:10 which felt kinda quick. I relaxed after that. I definitely could have pushed harder, but that being said, I was pretty tired when I finished in 4:24. We won the 4 x 1600 for the first time in 17:55 I believe, which is also a club record. Frigo, Blake, and Alec all ran their hearts out. Alec held off THE River Carl and Frigo destroyed Bryan Barker in 4:22.
