Notes
This was a great run. The temperature was 65 degrees. I almost didn't go out because of impending severe weather, but it actually worked out perfectly, and I got to wear shorts and short sleeves in December! The bad weather hit just as I got home. I am especially glad I didn't miss this opportunity because I ran the entire Columns Run with Mike Tripp! It was a small group to begin with, and Mike joined early on as a segment of a long run he was doing as he works toward an upcoming 50 mile run. It was just the two of us for almost the entire run, and I really enjoyed running with Mike. I had considered doing 13, but we had a good, solid, somewhat hilly run at a decent pace for me so I considered it a good 10 and was satisfied. This is still a recovery time till Jan. and I want to be ready physically, and mentally for beginning training in January.
