Rainy a.m., but it wasn't raining right at 0700 so met Robin and Maria at Forum. Boy, what a sad time. Maria's mother just died this week and Matthew is struggling with leukaemia treatments. Who would have thought? Hard times. Ran down County House trail a while and back to Forum for 5 - dropped Robin off at that point. Maria and I continued on. It got darker and darker . . . and darker. Then, here came the rain - right after we had turned to head to Forum. We got drenched, but it was still kind of fun and actually rather appropriate given all that is going on. I did not dislike running in the torrent. It's good to get caught in the rain sometimes. . .
