Route was good for this time of day & season. Here down CV to Grindstone Trail. Still mostly light while on trail & then I was on decent sidewalk by road & civilization when it was dark. Ran down Old 63 - which is actually up regardless of which way you are going ( notice splits) to the roundabout. Right on Nifong past Bueno & btn Walmart & Kohls back here. A nice evening for a run & it worked out well. Heel pain is down to moderate now - consistent still, but moderate, so there's that improvement which I'll take Now, to just gt rid of the pain all together. Strange, that last time I ran down that stretch of trail I was mourning the loss of my little Lambkin. This time as I ran that same stretch - a week later - I mourned the loss of a dear man's son. Both have resulted in nice runs.
