Notes
A bittersweet run as it was the last tempo run w/ Leslie before she leaves for four months. She was also coming off a stomach bug, but still did an incredible job! We had a surprise early on when we were convinced we saw a car on the trail so it was a memorable and fun run. Our times were off somewhat, but that was fine for today.
